Truffles preserved in ground balls. We can find these being sold at the side of the street, close to the exit to Fes after Rabat.

Just Amazing! Inside the old and famous medina of Fes, this Riad is really beautiful. They have joined two houses together, increasing this way the size and the number of rooms.
