Riad - what is it?
Riad - arab: الرياض Ar-Riyādh, which means " The gardens". Basically a Riad is a house with a garden. They are very comum and easy to find in Morocco. Most of the Riads opened now to the public, have been rebuilt and transformed in to "maison d'hotês". They work as small hotels, and can be found inside the "Medinas" of each village. They are definitely to be seen! Riads are a god option to the hotel, that usually are more expensive and not so traditional.
Here are some picture:
Menthe tea
Thé a la Menthe is a refreshing cup of sweet minty tart liquor as the tightly rolled leaves of gunpowder green tea unfurl and infuse with the north-african herb, nana-mint.
Scala
This video is from Scala, one of the places to go here in Casablanca. It shows the garden of this Restaurant, which is placed inside a very old fort. (I believe once belong the Portuguese). They don't serve alcohol, but have these fantastic fruit cocktails! They serve the traditional moroccan food. Very nice place to be. Is not one of the cheapest, but once doesn't hurt! Try the breackfast at Sunday's!

Morocco - green scenarios
Travelling Casablanca to Marrakech, this is what I was seeing from the window of the train. The rural Morocco, usually people and tourism don’t know about, very green, most of it cultivated with several vegetables which will be sold in the big supermarkets around Morocco. This is the west side of big Atlas Mountains, but if we go to the other side (east side) the scenes transformed into a fresh painted beige colourway. It is where the fields start to dry and the desert begins.

Breakfast at Scala
This is a typical moroccan breakfast. At Scala they serve it and it is fantastically!! Worth to try! Only thing is not typical is the expresso I chose to drink instead of the usual menthe tea
